Music Phrase Pyramids, including its name, design, workflow, interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Posido Vega.

Purchases and Payment
Purchases are processed through third-party providers (such as Gumroad). By purchasing, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled through the payment provider used for purchase (for example, Gumroad).

Software Use
Music Phrase Pyramids operates locally on your device. You are responsible for:
- your audio files
- your session data
- backups of your work
Posido Vega is not responsible for loss of user-created data.

Limitation of Liability
Music Phrase Pyramids is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posido Vega shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the software or website.
