What Personal Data Is Collected
This website does not directly collect personal data from visitors browsing the site.

App Data
The Music Phrase Pyramids application runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Audio files, sessions, and exported data remain on your device unless you choose to share them or use iCloud Sync. Music Phrase Pyramids does not collect user audio, session data, or practice activity on external servers.
Audio Capture
Music Phrase Pyramids allows users to capture audio using either the device microphone or Apple’s ReplayKit system audio capture technology.
Audio capture occurs only when explicitly initiated by the user.
Captured audio is stored locally on the user’s device and, if iCloud Sync is enabled, may also be stored in the user’s private iCloud account.
Music Phrase Pyramids does not transmit captured audio to external servers.
iCloud Sync
Music Phrase Pyramids offers optional iCloud synchronization.
When iCloud Sync is enabled, phrase data and associated audio files may be stored in the user’s private iCloud account to allow access across compatible devices signed into the same Apple ID.
Music Phrase Pyramids does not access, view, sell, or share this data. Data stored through iCloud is managed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Purchases and Email
Music Phrase Pyramids is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Purchases, billing, and any associated personal information are handled by Apple according to their own privacy policies.
